Hail and well met! My name is Ariel and I am Guildmistress of the Warriors of the Forgotten Realm. We are a small band who take pride in the fact that we live our lives according to the 8 Virtues. We do not, however, declare loyalty to Lord British and his Order Guards. For too long I have seen the so called "Upholders" of the Virtues hurt, kill and steal from those of us who believed in their cause. We also do not pledge our loyalty to Lord Blackthorn and his Chaotic Knights. Rather we choose to rely on each other, putting our lives, goals and dreams in each others hands. A great deal of trust goes into becoming one of us. The life is hard for there are many who oppose us for the simple fact that we believe in the Virtues, but the rewards are bountiful. So I ask you, friend, do you have the integrity to do the right thing, even when no eyes are upon you? Do you believe that a good deed done for a stranger today will be rewarded tenfold in the future? Are you ready to live your life to the fullest, part of a group of people who care about each other, protect and help each other get ahead? Are you ready to become a Warrior of the Forgotten Realm?
We have but one basic rule for the guild. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. And if you are wronged, then strike back with everything that you have.
There are however a few minor requirements to be met prior to being accepted as a member. They are as follows:
2,500 gp Entrance Fee. This is a one time fee that is used for two purposes. First, it is applied to the cost of a set of 33 AR plate and a cloak with the Guild's color. Secondly by being this high it ensures you are not a completely new character. While we are willing to help you progress in skill once you are a member, I'm sure you can understand that we are hesitant to accept someone who just left the "Entering Britannia" screen 5 minutes prior to asking to join our Guild. I will say, however, in all fairness each case will be looked at individually with the goals of the Guild being the determining factor in the decision of acceptance.
Trial Phase. As I stated earlier, we are a group of people with relationships built on trust. What makes us so strong is not that we are many, but rather that we are one. A small group of people working together towards a common goal. Living, hunting and working together as a team, we are unstopable. You will only be granted a title once you have proven yourself trustworthy of it.
If you think you have what it akes to become one of Britannia's Finest, send your character's information (stats and primary skills) and how you feel you can benefit our Guild to Guildmistress Ariel at [email protected]
